No installation is required, just run the small virus free applet when a member of our IT support team prompts you. Start by calling our customer care center at 920.593.1811. After downloading the application and selecting run, our support rep will ask you for the ID and then the password provided by the applet. With your permission, your support rep can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You’re in full control of your computer at all times!
